He managed to seriously damage our front door in his efforts to open the lock. When we challenged him he made his excuses and left to " get parts " for the door. He has not been seen since. One call to your company and we were visited by a competent locksmith who promptly opened our door and went out of his way to repair the damage caused by the previous individual. Thank you so much. I should have know that a carpet cleaning company would know nothing about locks !!!!!!!
